Victorian hotel in a pretty quiet area right by a lovely garden even in winter, eateries and the nearest bus stop. Really helpful staff, brand-new rooms with TV, sofa. Such a very good stay on a spring or summer's visit🙂

Came in Freshwater to relax and have fun, this Victorian hotel was perfect place for doing it. Everything was really good as expected, though the bathroom was tiny. The breakfast was hearty and perfect, with vegetarian option and the staff was amazing. The location of the venue was unique - not too far from Horseshoe. The service was absolutely great!

Staying here, I had a comfy twin room with a really cozy bed. the view out the window was of pretty buddleia bushes 🌿. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel right at home.

The room was well presented and well-equipped with its own en-suite bathroom. the staff was helpful. the setting was magnificent, not far from the downs above Tennyson's former home. They are skilled in the preservation of the original.
